...a complete waste of time

Okay, it's been a little while since the last post. Almost two months, to be exact. Some have had been concerned, because its just not like us to be out of touch for so long. Some time has been spent in developing the new look and feel for our website, which has come along nicely, I might add. Still a bit left to do... I'd like to say its all been work, but that wouldn't be true.
I have to say, I have found a new time waster. A nice new game to pass the time while waiting in line, or pretty much whenever! I know this is deviating from the normal style of my posts, but I couldn't resist. I love the Android operating system for my phone, but it seems to lag behind Apple with regards to the quality of games available. That is until now..
Rovio has released "Angry Birds" in the Android Market. Currently still in beta status, this action-puzzle game proves to be a complete waste of time. I mean that in a good way. Your objective is to destroy the evil green pigs who stole the birds' eggs by means of launching birds at the pigs with a slingshot taken right out of a Roadrunner/Coyote cartoon. There are five different types of birds, each with unique abilities to help you rain down feathery death upon the green pigs.
If you have no time to spare, this is DEFINITELY not your game, as it becomes very addictive, and very fast. Angry Birds is available on the iPhone, PalmOS, Android, and Nokia N900. As stated before, the Android version is still in beta, but seems very stable and polished. I can't wait to see what more they pack into the finished version!
